I’ve always been drawn to the moment where chaos meets opportunity. Early in my career, I found myself thriving in situations others ran from—botched vendor transitions, underperforming tech platforms, massive organizational shifts. I realized I had a knack for making sense of the mess and aligning people, processes, and platforms to actually deliver outcomes.
Because I grew up on the operations side—doing the work, not just managing it—I bring a grounded understanding of what needs to happen in the field, why it matters, and how it gets done. That lets me translate real operational needs into tech requirements that actually deliver the right data, outcomes, and user experience. It also means I know how to close the gap between leadership’s priorities and frontline execution—making sure the field understands not just what they’re being asked to do, but why it matters and what’s in it for them.
What drives me isn’t the next shiny tool—it’s helping companies make sense of what they already have. Working with clients who outsourced their CRE functions, I’ve seen firsthand how the right process, tech, and structure can turn confusion into clarity and waste into measurable wins. I’ve led efforts that uncovered operational gaps, strengthened vendor performance, and unlocked better decision-making by delivering the insights leaders need to act—fast.
With KBF CRE LLC, I’ve built a consulting practice around this approach: aligning strategy with execution, speed with structure, and enterprise goals with what it really takes to get things done. I help clients navigate transitions, optimize platforms, improve service delivery, and get results—because getting it right behind the scenes is what makes everything else work.
